My dear Shadow, may the blessings of the Buddha be with you:
Since your last video, the military rulers of Burma have somewhat softened their strong arm tactics. This has been very welcome to many of us here in Burma. I truly believe that your warnings to these rulers had a great effect and they have begun, if only slightly, to back away from their violence.
Thank you from many of us in the Burmese Buddhist community.
Hey, Shadow, where have you gone? We need your thoughts on the American presidential race! Please guide us.
The Shadow will be back shortly -- some things have come up requiring The Shadow's attention.
And for the record, The Shadow will have no comment on the U.S. Presidential Race before the New Hampshire Primary in January 2008.
